In a recent interview to Franch radio station NRJ, the “Midnight Sky” singer revealed her brand new studio album – “She is Miley Cyrus” – is highly inspired by Britney Spears as well as Metallica.
– I think the first single comes with a lot of pressure because it does kind of show everyone where you’re going, she explained before revealed the news:
– But again, in my sets, I cover Britney Spears to Metallica, so my record will be reflective of who I am, which is just kind of all different pieces of inspiration and influence.
Later, the singer confirmed she will be releasing a cover of “Gimme More” as part as her very own “The Backyard Sessions”, responsible for turning her version of “Jolene” viral.
