    In a new interview to Los Angeles Times, Kim Cattrall revealed that Madonna was originally offered the role as Britney’s “mother” in “Crossroads”.

    There isn’t much to explore but the gossip has been initiated. Kim Cattrall – who played Lucy’s mother in the movie “Crossroads” – has told LA Times that her role was originally offered to Madonna who refused it.
    In the movie, Cattrall co-acts with Britney Spears in a very specific scene, where she finally is reunited with her mother just to find out she had been a mistake.

    Apparently the interview didn’t go into detail regarding this new detail about “Crossroads” but Kim did say she was “very curious” to meet Britney.
